The X5-HT pipeline CCTV Inspection robot is a professional solution designed on an industrial personal computer (IPC) system. By utilizing a laptop instead of traditional bulky controllers, it offers a streamlined workflow. During testing, defect pictures are acquired in real-time, and comprehensive testing reports can be generated immediately.
Featuring a fish-eye lens and panorama testing video analysis software, the system generates a full panorama image of the pipe's inner walls, allowing for quantitative measurement of pipe diameter and crack widths. In addition, it provides a pipeline gradient curve to determine sediment conditions inside the network.
