High Performance Ultrasonic Surgical Scalpel System
The Ultrasonic Scalpel System is indicated for hemostatic cutting and coagulation of soft tissue incisions when bleeding control and minimal thermal injury are desired. This system can be used as an adjunct to or substitute for electrosurgery, lasers, and steel scalpels, utilizing advanced ultrasonic energy.
Hand Piece Performance: The Hand Piece THP108, when used in conjunction with the instruments, is indicated for soft tissue incisions. These reusable hand pieces power all energy into ultrasonic vibration.
Service Life Management: The Hand Piece is programmed with a counter to limit the service life to 95 procedures. The generator will provide a Hand Piece error notification once this limit is reached. Activations during a single procedure are unlimited; the counter logs a procedure only when the Hand Piece is unplugged or the generator is powered down.
